TIO Auto Parts Inc is dedicated to delivering your replacement auto body parts quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our transit times, areas served, and shipping charges.

1. Shipping Destinations

We provide fast shipping services across Canada. At this time, we only ship to Canadian addresses and do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: For in-stock items, orders placed before our daily cutoff time are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends, Canadian statutory holidays, or after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as the carrier scans the shipment.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location within Canada. Tracked delivery is provided to your door or directly to your specified repair shop. Standard delivery timelines generally range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the province and proximity to our major shipping hubs. Please note that remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the dimensional size, weight of the auto parts (such as bumpers, hoods, or fenders), and the delivery destination. Any shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.

5. Damaged Shipments

Auto body parts can be fragile. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage to the outer packaging or the product inside, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at sales@tioparts.com or (905) 799-8878 within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
